How To Stop Mosquito Bites??

i went to bulgaria about 2 months ago and im going back in september i got bitten to high heaven at the airport on the way home my feet and ankles swelled up for about 3 weeks i only got bitten on the ankles!! i couldn't wear shoes for ages and had to walk round in flip flops here at home!

So can anyone reccomend something that i can use thats not too pungent or am i best taking garlic tablets before i go?

I would advise against the Boots stuff.

We went to Menorca last month and 7 out of 8 of us got badly bitten.

I came back with well over 40 bad bites. We've been back a month and I am still scarred from them.

We bought some citronella spray over there which seemed to work well.

The candles which we bought didn't seem that effective though. We tended to get bitten in bed more than anywhere too.

sweetserendippity - I haven't used that stuff sorry but deffo give the Avon stuff a go. I have heard many people say how good it is.
