Mine finished in june and they offered me half price line rental and I got £7 broadband, i told them to turn off the tv as I didnt really watch it either. The half price line rental swung it BUT
what they didnt tell me and I think others have mentioned it on these forums is that they charge a £2.50 "surcharge" for not having sky tv.. Make sure you factor that in0 -

So you actually get just 50p off broadband and half price line rental, as the cost of broadband is £10 with line rental but no tv.
There is also the fact that, without the price fix (and reduced cost) of line rental saver, we will probably be hit by a rise in rental fee, around November, if last year is anything to go by.0 -
Its actually a long story, but I was in a rush at that time to sort it out. I thought i was getting £3 broadband.. I have no record showing the price offered on broadband ( another mistake) by then it was too late and didnt have the time or inclination to take them to task after the first phone call to rectify it lasted over an hour..
Next year im off
A lesson to everyone is to get emailed confirmation showing the prices before confirming0 -
I've called them and the best they will give me without the tv is bb, phone and line rental at £17.70 pm, I've looked around and I can get Plusnet for about £15.50pm if I pay the line rental upfront plus I can get TCB, Sky said they couldn't give me the deal if I paid upfront. I've got a few more days before I can cancel TV so I'll call back to try to haggle a bit more then.0
