  • got a long list to get done tomorrow while LO is at preschool and seriously need to get back into my routine grrr!! so early night for me cuppa eastenders and bed is the plan oh i need to make sure my alarm is set for the morning and i need to make some phone calls tomorrow can't do some till after 10 so will fly from getting out of bed until then... well thats the plan anyway ! night night all xx

    Yes that's it plus my car won't pull the new trailer as its huge compared to my last one!

    Flywise packed lunches made, DD in bed, DS2 just home he didn't tell me it was awards night at BBs so it was a late night plus we should have been there to watch!, washing in basket, school bags sorted.
    I'm off for a hot cup of tea and a whoopsied chocolate eclair then I'm Jammies and bed. Na night sleep well x

    Pigpen - how's things? Did the ceiling chappie turn up? At least by staying in, you achieved heaps of other things. Clouds and silver linings and all that.

    Busy shift at work tonight and legs are aching like crazy. Back at the paid stuff in the morning so off to bed. I foresee the only decluttering tomorrow will be my hair at the hairdressers. Night all xx

    Nope.. no ceiling chappy!

    I wouldn't have gone out anyway.. I can barely walk. I manage to pootle about the house but the second I go outside I need my crutches.

    Following a bad couple of days I have decided to tackle things in small steps, as this will help me to actually get things done until I get back to positive thinking.

    Manic Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Clear and clean the work surfaces
    Dust the kitchen and dining room for cobwebs
    Wipe the top of the kitchen appliances
    Sweep and mop the kitchen floor
    Oven and hob to be scrubbed
    Sort through and tidy the cutlery drawer
    Sign up to 5 new sites in the hope of increasing my online income
    Plant herb seeds
    Start putting together holiday bags and order anything that is required
    Update progress on the £10 a day challenge on this site


    Twinkling Tuesday ~ Living Room, Hall & Porch
    Clean the skirting boards in the porch, hall and living room
    Dust the porch, hall and living room for cobwebs
    Dust the front door and clean the glass panels
    HH declutter in the living room
    Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!)
    Clean the inside of the living room windows


    Wacky Wednesday - Bathroom
    School runs- morning and afternoon
    Clean the bath and shower
    Take dd to her toddler group
    Clean the bathroom sink
    Lunch out with dd and a friend
    Feed all the pets
    Surveys and other daily work
    Do paid work that is in for today
    Do a load of washing
    HHI
    Email inquiry to college
    Do a small shop to get fresh lettuce
    Phone the dentist regarding ds's appointment
    Phone the landlord regarding repair
    Sort out the basket of dried washing
    Take ds to football training
    Do biology course work
    Fling all those empty bottles and tubes
    Gather up the dirty laundry
  • Manic Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining room
    Level One
    DONE
    Level Two
    Wipe [STRIKE]units [/STRIKE]and large appliances
    Give one small appliance a good clean!
    Clean out the fridge thoroughly.. and check the drain at the back!
    Level Three
    Clean doorseals, filters and detergent drawers
    Oven and [STRIKE]hob [/STRIKE]to be scrubbed -you know you want to do it really!!!
    Extras
    Wipe over the woodwork
    Clean lightshades/fittings

    Twinkling Tuesday ~ Living Room, Hall and Stairs
    Level 1
    DONE
    Level 2
    Dusting, even if around everything
    Clean TV, other electricals and cabinets
    Level 3
    Wipe light switches, sockets (make sure they are not switched on!!) and banister
    Clean any other glass like mirrors, pictures etc
    Extras
    Paperwork clearance.. spend 15 minutes minimum sorting through those piles of paper.
    Clean a window or two.

    Wacky Wednesday - Bathroom and Study/Pc Area
    Level One
    DONE
    Level Two
    Clear any clutter from desk
    Dust PC and desk and wipe off those cup rings!!
    Wipe keyboard, house phone, sockets, switches and mouse etc
    Level Three
    defragment your pc
    Clear a mega hotspot!.. shred it.. and fling it.. or just burn it!
    Extras
    Wipe the [STRIKE]skirtings[/STRIKE], door and window frames in these rooms

    Study is becoming a dumping ground and it's starting to annoy me. May get up in a bit and crack on with it if I don't fall back to sleep. A nice quiet job whilst everyone else Zzzzzz's.
