    I'm in CBA mode today!
Washed up generally moved things about and that's about it. I have however washed and blow dried my hair and put polyfilla on so I'm safe to go out in public!
Dinner on, pizza and chips, I'm like old mother Hubbard till I get to the supermarket tonight!
Piggers deep breaths honey if I was you I'd be in jail. I just couldn't put up with what you do!

Eta wendywitch well done on the shopping trip I still can't manage supermarkets on my own in fact I'm not that good with someone so I know what a fantastic achievement that is xxx

Evening all. I'm in this week but just not had a chance to post. Over the last couple of days, around the paid stuff, I've:

    Hoovered/swept/mopped through house
    Mowed grass out back
    Shredding
Cleaned all glass/mirrors/pictures in LR & Hall
Wiped light switches/sockets/banister (LR & Hall)
Cleaned TV, fireplace, electricals, cabinets in LR & Hall
Wiped dog marks off patio doors
    Sewed curtain

Posivibes please for DS who lost his job when his store suddenly shut down.

Hope everyone has a lovely evening.

Hi all, I said I'd be back on track by Wednesday so maybe I'm early. Confused the h*ll out of myself when I logged in and found nobody had posted since Sunday...........I'd bookmarked the previous week's thread and deleted the current one, duh.

Anyway, frantic activity in the house with OH doing more than his share on Sun and Mon eve before my brother arrived, so days 1 and 2 on the list well covered.
Managed gym x 2 this morning while brother and OH went through their route for a few days in France on the motor bikes next month, yah boo sucks I can't go as I'll be working. Out for lunch at the Thai so don't need to cook this evening.

Had a fantastic letter my newest student emailed to my manager after my first day's new work on Saturday; she used the words "professional" and "competent" so I'm really chuffed.

This evening's plan is a bit of chill time with OH, then I've got some reports to catch up on while he's sorting some of our holiday photos from over a year ago!

Hugs and spoons to all who need them.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.

Another binbag of rubbish from the girls room, I think I may have been far more ruthless than I usually am :p I just hurt too much to pick out all the bits of 'treasure' so they all were gobbled up by Henry. I have half a wash basket of stray socks and I found the lid from one of the tiddlers beakers :D

I am in agony now, and I have cramp in one toe and it is making me swear and it is refusing to go :(

On a plus note the baby car seat has arrived and is wonderful.. it is just beautiful, and matches the ones we have for the 2 bigger tiddlers.. yes I know.. I am quite sad :p

The bedroom has been vacuumed.. all the bits I can see and the stuff that is being kept stacked neatish in one corner, I have another mountain to sort tomorrow but it is mostly my stuff so shouldn't be too hideous to sort.. THEN.. we can move the CoD's about and hopefully shift naughty Nora's cot into there so my bedroom will have a gap... ready for collecting all the baby stuff from DD1... See.. my life has a plan! It isn't very well planned, but it is a plan!

Lacking GUAG today. Not good at living with all the stuff in the wrong rooms. DH and I don't like the floor now it is oiled. This is not good news after all the effort he has put into it. I may well need a very large rug or 2. DH is gutted, maybe it will grow on us.

Going to tidy up from dinner and see if any of the washing on the maiden is dry to at least get the kitchen a bit tidier.

Hi Everyone bit of a hard one in my opinion I've a terrible living room carpet the kids have spilled drinks on it go knows how many times including coke and now its awfully stained its dark brown but can still be seen. I don't have the money at present to purchase a carpet hover like vax etc.. to clean it or one to hire although I do eventually plan to we are going to disneyland Paris in 5 weeks so all the pennies are being saved. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do to try and make the carpet look the best I can until I am able to purchase a carpet cleaner or hire one which at this rate probably won't be until Summer hols as I also need to purchase a new car when I return from Disneyland as mine has been quoted as being more than its worth to repair. Thanks
