You will never get through to a single person via the dvla unless they have responded to you directly, it's a useless search just send the emails. And by the way in regards to the dvla it could be either postcodes. As they are in two different areas of Swansea, and the last postcode is where all correspondence is sent like renewing licences etc

The latest letter just arrived from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd. They like spending postage.

They have recommended the creditor (UKPC) appoint their solicitor to commence court proceedings against me and offer me a discounted rate of £112 avoid this action if paid by mid Oct.

I have now managed to locate the two full mailing addresses for complaints to DVLA and BPA;

Umkomaas, I was told by most of you not to post and ask for any more help/questions so I have tried to do as asked and struggle on on my own. Also difficult times at home as before but getting worse..
