You will never get through to a single person via the dvla unless they have responded to you directly, it's a useless search just send the emails. And by the way in regards to the dvla it could be either postcodes. As they are in two different areas of Swansea, and the last postcode is where all correspondence is sent like renewing licences etc

When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Thanks, I will try a little longer as will not email them. If I get any luck, will post her address.

The latest letter just arrived from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd. They like spending postage.

They have recommended the creditor (UKPC) appoint their solicitor to commence court proceedings against me and offer me a discounted rate of £112 avoid this action if paid by mid Oct.

Swansea

elizabeth.symons@dvla.gsi.gov.uk there is no 'd' in Symons!

Oh dear - why have you resurrected this old thread. Flyazure has been quiet for ages!

Have a look at this thread.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Err, you agreed not to bump threads in your signup!

So why not go and start your own thread, for up to date and entirely relevant help, not pitch-up on random/outdated ones?

Umkomaas, I was told by most of you not to post and ask for any more help/questions so I have tried to do as asked and struggle on on my own. Also difficult times at home as before but getting worse..

No-one was saying don't post ANY questions. It was the barrage of questions that no-one could keep up with. Ask for help as and when you need it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
