UK Parking Control Ltd - ticket issued....

Given the cancer issues I am facing, I think, despite my efforts to date to deal with this corrupt charge, I may be forced reluctantly to do as advised by Umkomaas, and pay the £45 I can barely afford in order to lower the stress and get a better nights sleep.
I wouldn't pay - UKPC NEVER NEVER do court - but it's your choice and we wish you well.:)
I can't get involved in cases by pm right now due to a bereavement, so sorry. Just can't offer the time & support that I normally do right now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks again, not been too well. Perhaps I should ignore UKPC or send a note saying their lack of POPLA code provision after the allotted time renders their claim void.0
-
Don't forget to put in a complaint to the BPA Ltd for UKPC's non-conformance to their code of practice.0

I just received a letter from the above debt collectors.
These people are terrible. They now want £140. Clearly terminal cancer is not enough to worry about despite informing UK Parking Control Ltd.
It would seem this debt company are themselves members of BPA, CSA and FSB noting the logos at the footer.
They quote schedule 4 of the protection of freedoms act 2012 and refer the web link;
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2012/9/schedule/4/enacted
They give me till 16th Sept to pay before Court Action (letter dated 2nd Sept, received today the 4th).
Any help. Not sure what I should do as I have not sent anyone anything since my soft appeal which was acknowledged and replied without POPLA code and thrown out?0 -

Re-read the letter - there will be something like "may take court action" or "possible court action" - may and possible being the key words.
The PPC haven't abided by the rules - complain to the BPA and DVLA but ignore the PPC.0 -
Loads of threads like yours, calm down and report them to the BPA and DVLA:

Thanks again all. Coupon mad, would it be possible to send you by PM my draft complaint letter to BPA/ dvla/trading standards and if I can find the land owner, them too, when I sort it out?0

I think your obsession with C-M is getting a little extreme. Post the letter on here, it won't do any harm and then you'll get even more expert opinion as well as Coupon Mad's.0 -
Just post it up here, coupon will help but so will weWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Sorry I can't deal with pm's right now, too much on my plate after a personal tragic bereavement. Sorry.
