I just read through the entire thread again to see Daisy's post #74 basically to send, I was just going to say send that letter to all of them with a covering note. But Daisy has done that for you, now please stop procrastinating just send them quickly

Thanks Daisy, this is exactly what I was asking this group, over and over again.

I will not ask any further questions or add any additional details as advised earlier by one or two members relating to specific code failures in my complaint as this seems no longer to be important.

Yesterday I received a second debt recovery letter notifying of intended court action with full payment now due by 1st Oct. Additional costs for unpaid fine will be court fees £15, their solicitors costs £50 and interest at 8% per annum, signed (printed) Anne Stone, Debt Recovery Plus Ltd Litigation Manager. Still showing logo's at foot of letter for BPA, FSB and CSA. Odd they are members of these!

I have searched for ages for the mailing addresses for Steve Clarke, BPA and Elizabeth Symonds, DVLA to send my recorded letters of complaint. Does anyone have the mailing addresses?

I do not want to email anyone with relation to this PPC situation.

I am the Registered Keeper of the above vehicle. I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding your company's refusal to issue a POPLA code, and your unlawful insistence that I must identify the driver.

On [date] I raised an appeal with your company against the above PCN.

This is a clear breach of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and the BPA Code of Practice both of which make provision for the Registered Keeper to handle this matter, and most certainly do not impose any obligation whatsoever on the Registered Keeper to identify the driver, as you appear to be implying.

Accordingly I have now made formal complaints to Steve Clarke of the BPA and also to the DVLA concerning your unlawful conduct in obstructing my legal right, as the Registered Keeper, to appeal to POPLA.

PLEASE NOTE: In the circumstances I expect you to cancel this charge, however if you refuse to do so, you should send me a verification code in order that I may pursue an appeal to POPLA as the Registered Keeper as is my lawful right.

Finally, I apologies for the somewhat delayed response to your earlier letter. I am currently the sole carer for an elderly relative who is terminally ill with cancer, and I am sure you will appreciate that this takes priority in my life over dealing with a parking company that has no regard for the law, or for the rules of it's own regulatory body.

I require your reply within 14 days.

I put in "British Parking Association address" into Google and it came up with 41-43 Perrymount Rd, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 3BN

Now you are half way there.

Maybe you might want to do the same for DVLA? Clue - try Swansea.

Should lower case or upper case be used for Swansea, when the envelope is written GD?
