It seems it is criminal to ask questions when unsure and needing to confirm understanding. I will send this letter as advised but try and figure out what should be said in my letters to dvla and BPA. I hope I do not say the wrong things but will not ask for further help as I can do without the abuse.0

There was no abuse, just a hopeful and helpful firm push in the right direction. Don't be so sensitive man .
Have you done it yet? No more questions, just 'Yes' or 'No'!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

No as I need answers to my concerns of understanding, or what's the point.
Sensible people only do important things when they are sure what they are doing is correct......0 -
I really do despair sometimes. People get all the advice yet they still don't know what to doProud to be a member of the Anti Enforcement Hobbyist Gang.:D:T0

You've been given all the advice you need, I'm not exactly sure what else you are after. You need to take action nowWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

If anyone read my simple query then they would know what I asked for.
All I get is pushing to send an incomplete letter to the Ppc. So much effort telling me to send but no energy helping with my query. Do I send an exact copy as the complaint to dvla and BPA or send different letters to these and include extra detail on failures to comply with codes of practice or not bother and send the letter to Ppc and CC it to dvla and BPA with no further action?
I suspect I will receive further bad comments for typing this but by some miracle may get a normal response to help me.0 -
As I thought, crap for typing my query, thanks again Umkomaas..0

Excuse me for trying to ensure I understand what to do. The letter says I have complained to the dvla and BPA and the letter is addressed to the ppa.
Okay here's the deal.
You send the letter to the PPC.
Then you send a copy of that letter to Steve Clark at BPA with a covering letter headed "FORMAL COMPLAINT ABOUT BPA MEMBER, UKPC Ltd
Dear Mr Clark, I am writing to complain about the unlawful conduct of your above named member. Please find enclosed a copy of my letter to UKPC of [date] the content of which is self explanatory. I trust that you will investigate this matter immediately, and I look forward to hearing from you with details of the outcome of that investigation and the sanctions imposed against UKPC in respect of its unlawful conduct.
Yours etc
Then Letter to DVLA
Dear Ms Symonds, please find attached copies of my letters to UKPC ltd and Steve Clark of BPA for your attention. I trust you will take appropriate action against UKPC, and look forward to receiving your satisfactory reply in due course.
Send them all on the same day and you won't have to worry about the order.
Please do not ask any more questions as we have no more answers to give.
Thanks
