    I sometimes use a cod in butter sauce, and just recently as trying to lose weight, extra light Philly and sweetcorn with back pepper.

    Houmous!!! Lovely :) Also, I like to make chickpeas in a spicy tomato sauce and have that over spuds :)

  • Middle scooped out, mashed and mixed with an egg. Back into the oven for 10 minutes or so- filling puffs right up and crisps on the top. Comfort food.
    They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm. :grin:

    Sweetcorn mashed into the potato (my comfort food lol)
    Gravy (another do not ask)
