I sometimes use a cod in butter sauce, and just recently as trying to lose weight, extra light Philly and sweetcorn with back pepper.Slimming World at target0

Middle scooped out, mashed and mixed with an egg. Back into the oven for 10 minutes or so- filling puffs right up and crisps on the top. Comfort food.They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.
