Baked Potato fillings

Hi
I use them as buns for my kids.
Hot dog, onions and sauce.
Burger, onion and cheese.
Gammon and cheese sauce is also nice.
Left over fish in parsley sauce.

I don't think there is much I wouldn't put on a jacket potato.:o

Cheese and beans!

Last night I had a baked pot with tuna mayo and bbq sauce. Yum. Would have been nice with raw peppers or sweetcorn mixed in.

Veg chilli, normal chilli, the mince of spag bol.

Im having baked pots all week as OH is on nights, but I just microwave them wraped in kitchen roll for 7ish mins. Not crispy on outside but fast and still yum.

I like tuna, or cheese and beans really but if we have leftovers of home made chunky salsa then I fill with that, top with cheese and a dollop of half fat creme fraiche (my substitue for sour cream)
