I must admit my ex husband was slightly shorter than me and I swore I would never date a shorter man again. Luckily my boyfriend is 6 foot and i'm 5'5 so no problems there lol.

I guess what your looking for is women who are tall to post and say they like a shorter guy!! In which case that's not me as I'm only 5ft2.

Like with anything there will be some girls who would be happy to date a shorter man than they are and some that wouldn't. Just as some men like larger women and some really don't. So go for it..chat up who you like but maybe broaden your horizons too. You might prefer taller women but end up meeting a shorty who rocks your boat.

    Good luck!

My brother is 5 foot 8 and his GF is 6 foot. They are both very secure in themselves and don't give a monkeys about it. So what if he's shorter/ she's taller? They are both intelligent, driven, well educated and surrounded by friends. It makes them a great match.

I'm 5 foot 7 and always went for guys who were taller by a good few inches. Always said I wouldn't go with a guy who was same height as me when I was in heels.

But my fianc! is actually only probably half an inch taller so I might have ignored my 'criteria' this time. Lol

I am 5'7 and my boyfriend is 5'9 on a good day (though he says 5'10!) it doesn't bother me hugely though I do notice any pictures of us on a night out I am crouching a bit as in heels I'm much taller.

I love him so I can't do anything about it obviously but sometimes if I am all dressed up in heels I feel like a drag queen next to him!

Height doesn't bother me at all but there's something nice about your guy being a little taller than you when you have no shoes on and and need a hug!

All guys have been taller.Ds dad wasn't much taller though,I'm 5' 6" and he's 5' 9" (may have been with a half!) so I was taller in my favourite heels.

Height means nothing, and society needs to get over it in my opinion :)

I've always preferred taller men but I'm not sure why. Could be that all of the men in my family have been tall (except my dad-only 5"9 all the rest have been over 6"2) so I've just grown up with the men always being taller. It does help that I'm around 5"5 so there aren't may men shorter than me, but I rather like hugging a chest, it feels like I'm being protected IYKWIM. Which is silly being that yes, my DH is 6 foot plus, but I'd still take him in a fight as he's really skinny!

I'm 5 6 and by inclination preferred to date taller men than myself. Then along came Mr. Right who was a couple of inches shorter than me. I had to throw alway all my high heels but decided quality was better than quantity. Better the right man than the right height ! It doesn't pay to be too prescriptive about these things. It's a bit like men not wanting to date females who are older than themselves, which generally seems to go against the norm, but logically there's no reason for that either. More important to be with the right person than satisfy social conventions, which in any case are continually changing.
