Why? I am 49 and do not work and do not claim benefits...But they have said they aren't working and we can only assume they are receiving some kind of benefitsIt is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

Jealousy is such an ugly trait
I don't think I've ever noticed whether smokers slack off more than non-smokers and I really couldn't care less.
They may even get paid more than me, so what?
Sitting there telling everyone it's not fair all the time is just a bit too 'teenager' for me.0 -

If they get their work done, who cares? I get in 15 mins early and never take my 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak. I take in my lunch and eat while I'm working. I may take 4 or 5 cig breaks a day, each of between 3 and 6 minutes depending on how busy I am. So, overall, I don't even use up my unpaid 60 minute lunchbreak with my smaller ciggie breaks.DMP Mutual Support Thread member 244
