:rotfl: Is the OP for real?

I want to know before I accept a job if I'm going to be working with any smelly folk....if so, I can't work there, it offends my senses and gives me a banging headache....:p

They may be a full-time parent with a working partner.
Then why want to work if that's the case and the top of the list is 'do I have to work with smokers'

the answer is NO not unless you really want a job

lol! That's a great question to ask at interviews - Excuse me, but does anyone I will sit near to have BO, or other personal hygiene problems?

:rotfl: Where I used to work (retail), we used to get some smelly folk in and had a can of air fresher ready under the counter just to be ready! Me and another couple of girls in particular had particulary sensitive gag reflexes, so we'd be standing behind the counter retching until we had tears in our eyes! So for that reason, I'm ruling myself out of particular jobs as they make me hurl....;)

I can not see how one cigarette at lunch time would smell so badly?

    There speaks a smoker.

Maybe the children are getting older (they have a habbit of doing that) and the OP is now ready to go back to work?

and the top of the list is 'do I have to work with smokers'

I agree. As someone said earlier in the thread, it just depends whether you want the job more than you want the smoke-free smell.

You only have to look at the OP's previous threads which are mainly to do with her benefits.

Interestingly, she also seems to have been slagged off in a lot of those too - no doubt due to her attitude which, IMO, stinks more than any smoker

Makes interesting reading....and I've come to the conclusion, that she's either a troll, or just stupid....she also seems to have a lot of "friends" with problems too. In one post post about her elderly "friends", the guy is 86, fast forward 5 days, and he's now 79....do they have a time machine or something?!

Also reminds me of that tv series from the 80's, Bread, (just started watching it again, and it's as funny as I remember!), where Joey was always going to the JS and put in claims for everything. :rotfl:
