can't find my letter.did it say the duvet will be delivered by the 15th or on the 15th? Debenhams couldn't give me any info and although i'm in most of the time i just HAVE to go to the matalan homeware sale first thing fri.

I got the letter too, saying delivery by 15th June - however my bank is now
showing a refund of £16.80 from Debenhams Internet!...

i'd ring them up and ask what's going on.only problem is that there is no alternative number for debenhams direct and when you ring the ordinary number they say they can't put you through.try 'em though

I used this number last week to enquire about ours and was put through to the internet order line without any probs.

Just rang the 020 number (and was put through to DD no problem) - nice enough lady confirmed order cancelled due to lack of stock and money refunded, letter in post yesterday.
