    can't find my letter.did it say the duvet will be delivered by the 15th or on the 15th? Debenhams couldn't give me any info and although i'm in most of the time i just HAVE to go to the matalan homeware sale first thing fri.

    echo - the invoice says ' You can expect to receive your goods by 15th June 2007'
  • I got the letter too, saying delivery by 15th June - however my bank is now
    showing a refund of £16.80 from Debenhams Internet!... :(

    i'd ring them up and ask what's going on.only problem is that there is no alternative number for debenhams direct and when you ring the ordinary number they say they can't put you through.try 'em though

    when i rang that number i was told they couldn't help and was told to ring the debenhams direct number myself.maybe it depend on who you speak to

    Just rang the 020 number (and was put through to DD no problem) - nice enough lady confirmed order cancelled due to lack of stock and money refunded, letter in post yesterday.

    So.... if you ain't had yours yet, I doubt you ever will, bunch of absolute................................:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
