    I got the letter today as well and am promised it by June 16th.
    I also phoned 'Debenhams Direct' during the week on the 0141 number given on 'Say no to 0870', it really IS a curtain shop with no link to the store group!

    I got the letter today as well, which I thought was a bit strange as I recieved my Duvet last Wednesday. I am slightly disappointed however as I'm in Scotland and it was delivered by Parceline (I think) and not that nice woman in her car mentioned earlier. ;)

    I got the 15th June letter, it's a bit out of order as when you order it said 'within 5 days' and they take the money right away!!
