I ordered on 21st May and never had any confirmation email.

The money was taken from my bank on 23rd May and my Duvet arrived today 26th May.

On the box is a sticker "was £70 Now £35" .....and I paid £16.80 incl delivery.

Fantastic bargain - THANKS AGAIN OP

I was thinking about this, but isn't general consensus that 'feathers' sounds good but really it is 'down' that you want if you are looking for the warmest duvet.

I read that feathers are lower quality. Maybe I'm wrong though.

I think you're right but duck down duvets are far more expensive.
Duck feather duvets are still fantastic, one I used to have was anyway.

No sign of mine yet, but money is out of the bank. Confirmation took a day.

'Down' is better quality, but very expensive. For £16.80, a feather king duvet is a great deal !!

Money went out of my account on 20/5/07 and no sign of the bloody thing yet. Debenhams online service is pretty pathetic, tbh.

Still not received mine either - ordered on 21/5 at 16:40

Plus I just realised that I could have saved an extra 10% if I'd used my amex card - still as long as it arrives soon I don't mind - it'll be a Christmas present. I already have a superking size duck feather duvet.

Another for the 21st at 2.40pm, but still no sign of mine either and it says on the confirmation, delivery within 5 days!

Disappointed to say the least, but glad it's not just me.
