Same here. Ordered 21 May, delivery said 5 days but nothing has arrived. Emailed them today. Auto response says they'll get back to me within 3 days!

well i emailed them last Thurs and got auto response that they'll try and reply within 48 hrs.obviously they don't work Sat's cos i got the email on Tues.can't understand why they take so long to get to us tho if they're coming direct from the manufacturer-unless they're making them 'specially for us.

Ordered 21st, money debited on 22nd nothing arrived yet. Can anyone who has received their duvet, post which courier firm delivered it please?

Regarding courier --mine was delivered by a lady and two children in a car - what I am trying to say is that it WASN'T UPS DHL ROYAL MAIL etc

Even though mine has been delivered, today I got a letter from Debenhams dated 21st May saying that "The goods have been specially ordered and will be sent from our supplier.....Delivery will be made using one of Debenhams nominated carriers by 15th June.

I just got the letter from Debenhams today that I should get ithe quilt by mid June, I got mine last week lol, by a lady in a car.

I was only charged £16.00 something which is a great bargain, thanks to OP again

Its a great quilt wish I ordered more now.

got a letter in the post today also, just have to wait i guess, its a good job i dont need it at this time of year!
