Checked my bank account today and they've taken the money so I'm taking it that things are in motion!

ordered Mon morning and didnt get confirmation email ( but did a screen shot of the page just in case).Tues they took money out of bank and this afto i rang them cos i still hadn't heard owt.was told i would be getting it but would have to ring debenhams direct to find out what was happening.the alternative number was no good so i mailed them-but it can take upto 48 hrs for a reply!
