As a teenager I went on a date with a gorgeous farmer while I was on holiday in Ireland. As you do, I tried to act all grown up and drank too much and smoked too much. Parked up in a country lane on the way home, we had a kiss then I had to very quickly dash from the car to throw up.

I've just remembered my worst ever - kissing a guy and tasting another woman's undercarriage on his beard

That is so gross but I did actually laugh out loud :rotfl:
  • For anyone still following I went on the 2nd date on Saturday and it again went really well. Without sounding cheesy it feels like I've known her for a lot longer than I actually have and she's very witty and charming.

I even threw a cheeky kiss in at the end!! Nothing !!!!!! star just a gentle one.

It's been like 7 weeks since I split up with the ex and I must admit, although I am not ready to settle down I feel refreshed and privileged that this girl is still willing to spend time with me and enjoy ourselves even though she knows my situation is tricky!

I may have a bit of a dilemma on my hands here!:o

One Saturday, friend of mine went on a date with a widower. He spent the whole time talking about his wife and how much he missed her.

After a couple of hours, rather stuck for an appropriate reply, she asked when the wife had died.

    Tuesday, came the reply.

Oh god, reading this has made me laugh so hard!

I very briefly saw a man who seemed absolutely fine. I was 17 and he was 20. We'd been out together a few times. He invited me back to his house one day. His mom seemed lovely, he led me up to his bedroom...

Yep, he had a full on shrine to Hitler in his bedroom, not only that but he had a replica uniform that he used to like to wear. Creepy isn't a strong enough word! I feigned illness and darted home as fast as I could. What a freak! He seemed so normal as well...he pestered me for a few days, eventually I told him I was the granddaughter of a eastern european immigrant (which is true!) and he left me alone after that.

I met my OH a year after that and I was dreading going to his house for the first time!

    Here's my contribution...

A friend of a friend said that his friend had seen me around and wanted to meet me. I was 17 and he was a few years older. We went out a couple of times and everything seemed fine. He asked me out to a gig and everything was fine. He asked me back to his house and still, there were no problems.
