How to stop being misunderstood...

Lots of shouting and standing their ground etc I have been told but never seen it....
I did wonder. Maybe she just doesn't know how to relate to you in a positive way.
If she has problems at home, it may have something do with her behaviour.
Try not to take it to heart and however frustrating, just try and ignore her rants.0 -

I don't know if she has problems at home, I have been told they raise their voices, have rows but other than that I don't know that she has problems at home0 -
I think that you OH has a point. Your DS won't enjoy playing piggy in the middle for long, especially between his Mum and girlfriend. The drama will bore him after a while.0

Regarding the thread title - How to stop being misunderstood... - you can't stop it. If she wants to over-react to minor issues, that's what she'll do.0

OH says the way she is it will be imminent, I don't want that, she's alright, she is good for him, just to keep a lid on the drama:D0 -

but none of that is up to you - if she's a drama llama, and your son ends up not liking that part of her, then it might all fizzle out. His relationship, his decision. As Judge Judy would say "she's not fully cooked yet".

Maybe you're both too alike to get on? If two people love drama then they'll butt heads.0
