has anyone who renewed by post recieved their final award notice or recieved an underpayment yet? how long did it take please?

i put a thread up about renewing by post last week - some hadnt heard anything, and it varied from 2 - 5 weeks since it had been sent, one lady i think said hers had been done within 2 weeks!

Still have not received by renewal pack so decided to call them. was advised it had been sent out mid May so I should have received it by now. They will send out a new pack so hopefully that one arrives.

Just about to start my 3rd week since renewing by phone. At least my tax credits went in today as normal, I just wish I knew one way or the other whether they are going to look more closely at mine or not. On the plus side I was told up to 6 weeks, so with any luck I will get a result soon.

Has anyone rung up before the date they were given and got any luck in finding anything out?

Ok rung compliance team this morning to chase my child care check to be told that they have up to 30 days to check the infomation and my 30 days is up next week, in relation to my renewal this will be completed upon chidcare checks so all you people still waiting to send of the info you will be looking at another month on top.

Even if thay have had your renwal for the 8 week period

Its crazy
why check so many at the same time, what not spread them out over the whole year.

My letter should be there when i get home today so I will send all info back special delivery but i guess it still wont be looked at immediately depending on which persons list my review is on.
WHich means which means my renewal will not be completed in the 8 week time frame more like 12 week!

Fingers crossed its soon, i have another payment due 25th June!

Yes when i rang at 4 weeks to find out why i had provisional they informed me it had gone to compliance and to expect a leter they have me compliance number to ring which ive rang them twice they have been really helpful. WHen i rang i used the excuse i normally have award within 30 days whats the delay.

Just want it sorted ASAP! Its 6 weeks now and still not sorted but my compliance letter was issued 16th May and its took till now to send to me she told me over the phone what they wanted so i have it all ready.

although i have been overpaid i now just need to find out by how much!

I sent mine by special delivery and its just sat on the system woman was very helpful but just wish they would put fingers to keyboards
