    Hi all

Just updating my list from earlier.

WM repair man did not turn up neither did the guy from freecycle due to collect my old home phone

Plan of action after the paid stuff:

    [STRIKE]Hoover LR, kitchen, bathroom, stairs & landing[/STRIKE]
    Clean shower room
    [STRIKE]Clean bathroom [/STRIKE]
    Mop kitchen & bathroom floors
    [STRIKE]Clean fridge [/STRIKE]
    File some paperwork

Also made some chutney using the vine tomatoes from Ald! part of their super 6. House now reeks of vinegar, but have windows open to hopefully dilute the odour.

    Have a great evening all

It doesn't sound normal to me - have you overfilled the TD at all? TBH I've not had a 'proper' TD for years (have a washer/dryer) but normally a lot would take about 2 hours.

    HTH in a small way

Eeeheee... booked to see Ironman 3 tomorrow with OH... I might drag him to the pub on the way home... :D .. the girls are at KHs so DD2 and DS2 and DS3 will be here and we are a phonecall away should we be needed.. and I might not spend the entire film feeling very very sick like when we saw The Hobbit.

Definitely NOT normal - is it getting hot at all? Filter clean?

    Evening all

Bossymoo big hugs sweetie, I hope tomorrow is a good day for you

Honeybear so sorry to hear about your dog. It will take some time to adjust to life without her x

A week with almost no flying is really starting to show. I feel a very long weekend ahead. DH has started to empty the LR I'm going to tidy the kitchen. I need to keep one room tidy for my sanity.

I decided to not post about this before the event, but I made the decision last night to let Dog go. I'm so pleased for her and so grateful to the lovely vet.

So sorry but well done with a brave decision. There is something wonderful about a kind vet and a peaceful sleep. It sounds so odd, but the last hour of my horse's life 2 yrs ago was lying in the sun with me cuddling him and I just felt this 2 way flow of pure love. Tissues all round. Hugs for you. x

Well a bit of a black puppy-ish start to the long w/e; don't know why I woke up in a fit of the blues - hay fever maybe, and my face still aches from 'horse wound'. I managed to have 'words' with OH first thing - and if you knew us, your jaw will have hit the ground as we just don't do arguing. As a result I was too apathetic to go to the gym, which was silly as exercise has a huge effect on my mental health. However, I managed to pull myself together while OH was out on his horse, and I did a really good blitz on the bathroom, did one lot of washing, emptied dishwasher, tidied/washed up other debris in kitchen so by the time he got home I was nearly normal.

We spent most of the afternoon gardening, cleared a large overgrown area round the pond in preparation for the 'women with waders' who are coming to give us a quote on a new one tomorrow as the 22yr old pvc pond lining is leaking. In fact it looks like a mud hole at the moment, keep expecting a hippo to lurch out........

Finished the day with Mr T so that's over with, quick visit to MIL then a yellow-stickered stir-fry in front of the last episode of Ice Cream Girls.

Hugs and sniffles to all other hay fever sufferers right now.

Honey Bear what a brave decision... and how lucky Dog was to have you all this time! xx

Bossy what can I say, so many memories on this day... you had and loved each other and the little moos are testament to that... much love to you all xx

Wendywitch big hugs... fight for the counselling you need... xx

I've cooked dinner. That's about it for today. DD promised she would sort the DW and kitchen but it's still in a right two and eight... it will still be there for her in the morning

All day taken up with work stuff... I'm exhausted and stressed... so I've removed my glasses and hearing aids so I'm in a nice little bubble to chill...
