(((Honeybear))) what a kind, thoughtful lady you are; and what a lovely start to Dog's journey.

    Sleep well, Dog.

Gotta go find a hanky now.

You can go right OFF some people.:rotfl:

Just heard a lovely, heartwarming story on Radio 2 :D

Bathroom clean; bedding on line. Errand to do shortly

Aww honeybear, sad for you but glad dog had a peaceful exit (hugs).

Well, we are trying to stay chipper, and not doing to bad a job really. Six years ago today I married my best friend. And for a quarter of that time, he's not been here. That's quite a hole. So I've had my few tears, then a magic hug from DS which really did help, and I counted my blessings.

I'm at my mums, and it looks like rain and there's washing out at home. And I don't care. We've been to m@talan and I bought a new dress. There's toys all over at home so we might need a tidy later.

Done bit of flying at mums. Kitcheny stuff.

((((Bossy)))). I'd forgotten that Dusty mentioned today was going to be difficult, and I didn't know why. I hope other people's love and friendship help you through today, and that DS carries on hugging you.
    Better is good enough.

    hugs bossy and little ones,

honeybear, you made a very brave and selfless decision that put your dogs needs and comfort first. i admire you and send hugs.

been and done my HHCx3 round mils - patio windows cleaned inside and out, outside bathroom windows clean and all mirrors had a rub over. (one of the kids at school said my perfume was different today and smelt funny LOL i reek of windolene) porch decluttered and all glass taken over to bottle bank.

just product testing a drain unblocker in my kitchen sink. its not actually blocked but doesnt smell too chipper when being emptied, so it wont do it any harm.

going to grab a cuppa then do a HHC at 3pm

Morning all. I haven't had time to catch up with the thread, but quick post before I start today's long day of paid stuff. I've really only managed the dailies this week although each room has had some attention via the odd little jobbie from the lists. I must spend some time tidying the gardens this weekend.

    Catch you all later.
This made me :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:, in Scotland that has a whole other meaning

I decided to not post about this before the event, but I made the decision last night to let Dog go. Because we'd known it was going to happen, we were really well prepared, and in the end she was on her own bed in front of her radiator, sedated, and actually scoffing white chocolate while she fell asleep. She was completely unfazed by it all. I'm so pleased for her and so grateful to the lovely vet.

She went peacefully and in her own surrounding, you have done the best thing for her, big hugs to you xx

Why would you want to be talked out of it? My mum and I have been learning via the crocheting partworks. We are doing quite well, she can to the patterns I can't and visa versa :rotfl: We might even get round to finishing the throw :)
