It's not really something you can easily simulate at home!!!!
Oh I agree, which is why I never went on a flight until I was a lot older. So I didn't **** the other passengers off.
But it depends what age we are talking about here.0 -
What I have a problem with is the other type of children and their parents who decided "oh we need to fly somewhere for our children to enjoy somewhere which they won't remember in 10 years". Jeez, if you want to travel, get in a car, get a ferry to France and there we go!
I'm allergic to France.
Last time I checked, you couldn't drive directly to Cuba, so I'm afraid 3 year old DD (as she will be then) is going to have to come on the plane with us.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

Yes exactly my point, arrogant. You want to do something and you don't care about other people to get what you want.0 -

You take them when they are older, or go elsewhere where you don't annoy the living daylight out of other passengers.
You don't have to go to Cuba. You don't have to go anywhere. The fact you want to go somewhere and you don't care about other people shows your very poor attitude.0 -

I have no reason to believe DD will be anything but an angel on the flight.
She is as entitled as anybody else to be there, she will cost around 70% of an adult ticket. We may even go business class.
And no, I'm not prepared to not go to Cuba while it is as it is. We don't have years to wait, so it will have to be while DD is small.
If you don't like it, hire a private jet.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

Why does DD have to go with you exactly?0 -

!!!!!!?!
So what, we should be confined to Butlins for the next 10 years?! :rotfl:
Not gonna happen. She'll be coming to the states to see the total eclipse of the sun in 2017 (she'll be 6). We can't wait for her to be a fully grown adult because we'll have missed it if we do.
My sister used to be cabin crew. She says the kids were much easier to handle than the adults! There is no reason for anybody to feel unwelcome to take their baby/small child on a plane. They're no more antisocial than most of the adults on board anyway!!!Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

Sorry if I missed this, but why do you have to go to Cuba? Genuine question. I have a little more sympathy for people who have to travel to see distant family, but not so much for those who are choosing where they want to go on a holiday.
Your daughter may have more fun at Butlins, btw:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls
