Great to hear you're working on a blog............:T so looking forward to that.
I'm in the process of getting my new one (more 'scotland' than here and more gardeny than much else I hope) up and going and mulling something more frugal and cooking. Or sticking to some kind of actual routine.
I hope you're OK munching all that bread...........at least you'll be rid of it soon!:D
I'm looking forward to going away - never been to the Scottish Parliment before :T and really grateful for a free trip as its so expensive to go from here.
After that its a frenzy of meeting chums, eating and walking in nice scenery with more trees than here!
Which will be lovely - I'm meeting the university manchild too :Agot a lot of work on today (for me!) so I'm going to post up the blog tomorrow. Thats excellent that you're going to the Parliament! I had a tour round the Reichstag when it was still in Bonn one year, really interesting. Have a great time

I've now got a temporarily boogered hard drive.
I know I've sent some of you guys on here electronic copies of my vegetable gardening handouts from my classes. You sent me the bere, and the little silicon scrapers  :kisses3: but I don't think I ever had any documents from you, Pippi, sorry
hope somebody has them.

I never learn.
:grouphug: have a dodgy hug :coffee: and a mug of what you fancy.
I've done my first round of seed planting! But realised I don't have an actual watering "can" for indoors - I'll be off to the pound shop tomorrow, always a good excuse. I'm useless at seed planting, but I'm following the directions for step by step what to do on the gardener's world website, we'll see how it goes (except for using a watering can with a fine rose, obviously :rotfl:).
In other news ... now that the horrible multilayered *lumps* of ivy right outside the kitchen door are gone, the quince there has gone crazy, and sent out dozens of flowers. Better check on the maintenance, because there's no way it'll have that many quinces on!
Hope it all goes well for you, Pippi, take care.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Hey KC thanks - I love quince - such a pretty flower.
I'm glad you're good - overpaying the cc - nearly did it again and left myself short - but I AM learning.
Indoor watering cans we just made some on the womble work site......
How about something recycled like......
http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/juice-bottle-watering-can
A juice bottle just with holes punched through the cap, very useful
Or a milk carton.....

Or even this nifty attachment which looks uber cool
