Morning! Trout and prawns sound very chic! I came home starving yesterday, just had a sandwich cos I could do it right away - I *do* like two proteins together, I did egg and cheese, very yummy, then pasta and whatnot later on
have a good'un today.
Hi kc in the land where fish abounds it nice to have a treat. Two yummy things in a sandwich are great. Was the bread gluten free? These days there seems like o much choice of those types of bread.fannyadams wrote: »<delurking> *subscribes* <relurking>

RT
I hope the bargin duck was yummy! So what's on your weekly meal plan?
Lovel to be back, thanks.Ooh respect to the Sushi making - I love Sushi but think it looks complicated to make
This attempt was mini bits in bowls and DIY. Sushis not as hard as folks think, you should give it a go. A really easy thing to do it layer a shallow tray with rice, let it cool and slice into little blocks, decorate as required. (bit like vegetable and fish cup cakes)I learnt to make the rolls with a Japanese chum, but even the kids an I managed it (kids6&7) ....I'm still surprised you can get ll the ingredients here - you should give it a go, much cheaper than shop bought.Ahhhh ha a new diary i see, have subscribed and looking forward to the new adventures

Working all weekend, only 4 hours on Sunday, so would hope to get crossing that list off gradually over the weekend.
Have a good one, will pop on when I can :-)
List to finish this am, will be working but might manage a few paperwork bits after.
Ok so work went well, busy days. Didn't get all list done, Sunday was sunny so spent that after work with dd and a walk, sneak to 'dealz' which is pound land except everything is £1.20 due to ferry charges.:rotfl: still it does make a difference getting a few bits there.
Walked 4 miles on sat, nearly 5 on Sunday love the new walking app on the new (free upgrade) phone
Have a vague meal plan list
Risotto (tomato and veg)
Tortellini
Mince and tatties (then shepherds pie)
Spag bog
Sushi
Then dd's meals for when away are mainly mix and match ingredients to suit herself while I'm off for 5 days. She's cams soon so can't come, but she'll love the peace ith out me.
Skyped with mr me (enroute to norway, for work and cheese) and manchild at uni (400 miles away) sorted a couple things for his new flat when he finds one.
Right working soon, best get wriggle on.Might go work early and walk dogs before work instead of leaving them here but it's rank outside....ponders.
Will attempt a NSD.

Indeed KC - he's a monkey and I do feel more focussed.
Tried to book ferry online and they wanted to charge me for a card transaction (as you can only pay by card, decided that's a rip off) phoned and booked on phone - avoided charge, will pay in the office on Thursday.
Pesky folks.
