Well we have money - but not lots. However I've paid for a couple of wedding things

    Frock for me (£20)
    Accommodation deposit (£150)
    Celebrant deposit (£150)
Wings and wand for flower girl (£5)
    Quaich (£20)

So I've shelled out a fair bit on 'extra's' this month, which means a fair bit of eating out of the freezer when the kids are away for the next 5 weeks.

The holiday travels came in bang on budget. Which is great.

    Road tax paid (£30)
MOT - booked for this week - lets hope its not scary.

Must do a meal plan - fish from the freezer for tea with leftover h/m risotto out of the cupboards from last nights meal.

Well gotta balance the crazy spending somehow!

    :)

Hi Pippi and the stripey gang :hello:

    Good to *see* you back.

Lovely to hear about the wedding plans and budgeting. Sounds like you've it in hand.

Hope the car sails through it's MOT later this week.

    Greying

PS DP's keys finally turned up at a police station yesterday. All the locks have been changed, so it doesn't help the budget, but it's nice to know that folk are still public spirited and essentially honest.

Greying, glad the keys turned up! :T You'd have wanted to get the locks changed anyway with them having been who-knows when, but as you say, at least most folk are still basically honest enough to hand things in.

    Hello world

The sunshine is out and I've finally had a weekend with NO internet (aside work) :)

Did check the banks, all squeaky but OK.

Must go and see if the new adjusted tax credits have landed.

And, check the NI folks still will put the CB in the bank as DD's still at school but she's just had a birthday.

And, must get the EMA forms done.

    Lots paperworkyness to do.

Waves to all, from a shady spot
