I really hope you can start to move on now Jack and be happy because you sure do deserve it.

I have my mortgage approved by the lender so next step my conveyancer has requested the contract pack from the seller solicitor.

I had an email from my divorce solicitor yesterday informing me that they had accepted the settlement, would be drafting the order and would release the house sale cash when the order was signed by both parties. They had asked fro some clarification about the car which I replied basically confirming that my employer would allow me to provide the car and that the scheme is in place and I have no knowledge of it changing etc. I also sent my reply to my ex and advise her to inform her solicitor of my response as I wasn't sure how long it would take mine to pass my response on. She replied telling me that hers had sent her the order to agree. She said she would consider over the weekend so I hope next week we can get it signed and sorted?
    Regards
