Had to pay full asking price as it had 3 offers at the samebut I got it due to me being a ‘cash’ buyer. I decided to go for it as I Liked it and I’ve looked at over 20 placesand felt I could be waiting a long time to find somewhere. I do have a chance of being in by end of Julyalthough critical path is getting my settlement order completed and signed andfunds released that could take 4 weeks at least and no sign of progress yet. Ex text me last night to say not heard anything from her solicitoryet. I’m reluctant to chase as it costsme to email her but it’s critical now to get this sorted.
