How very rude.
Still if you HAD actually bothered reading the thread you'd know why Jack left -but hey just because you are emotionally immature or have very little life experience to make such a sweeping and incorrect assertion shouldn't mean people automatically assume that makes you a bad person.
Show me please that he did.0 -
It's at the beginning of the thread -the one you find boring.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole
MSE Florida wedding .....no problem0 -
In Reams defense, he/she is right. JackRS never once in this whole thread mentioned why he wanted out of his marriage, simply because it was never any of the readers of this threads business or related to the advice he was looking for. Who cares why he wanted out! This is a financial advice thread, not a magazine with gossip and pictures (although a few page 3 additions would be nice. Jack please write that down) .
Marriages end for a myriad of different reasons -- Jack had his.
I don't blame anyone who can't find the time to read the whole thread, its extremely tedious, boring and repetitious! lol. I doubt that Jack wants people to spend their precious leisure or work hours reading his complete thread!
That saying, JackRS now that you will have to wait 6-9 months for a court date what will we do without our fix? We need a few juicy bits here and there in the "Mr and Mrs Jack case" ---- Please and thanks! :P0 -
Agreed, Jack has never given his reasons for ending the marriage. He has stated that he wasn't involved with anyone else.0

OK Bonfire I'll keep you up to date with my sorry tail...
Got a letter from my solicitor, advising me that the estimate for my case is now £7K to £8K before VAT. No other advice or anything useful. I will be requesting the case to be investigated when it's sorted as no value is being added, I could have taken better care of i myself and charge myself a fee. Think I may do that going forward?Regards

So if it is going to take 6-9 months for a court date, taking it to well over 2 years when your ex could have easily got a job, claimed (is ex claming single council tax?) are you still going to be paying everything you have to your ex as well as allowing her to keep the car as well as the house not being sold and ex not moved to the coast?
How are the text messages between your son and yourself going/ any visits/replies?0 -

Tell me about it, my son is still not replying, she's basically told him that I'm stopping her get somewhere nice to live on the coast.Regards

Jack she could easily get a rented property on the coast if she got herself a job or started claiming JSA.
I am sure your son is as frustrated as you are but he is too afraid to let you know his true feelings.
I trust that there will be a breakthrough with him in the very near future and that you can have the relationship you so desire. He does, deep down, know you truly love him and his sister.
It is heartbreaking to see you still suffering at the hands of your ex and solicitor. I do hope you will get some good news very soon.
I will say this again, you have the patience of a saint and have to be admired for your integrity.
Take care0
