Whoops , did not take into account no mortgage or rent - thats very good then
The word "dilemma" comes from Greek where "di" means two and "lemma" means premise. Refers usually to difficult choice between two undesirable options.
Often people seem to use this word mistakenly where "quandary" would fit better.

Jack - just more Friday good wishes for you and caring thoughts. Another week...

Have you nearly completed your solicitor's check list from the other week? Another week to get all of that in, if deadline still holds.
Any help from Dr's visit or letter?
    How's the flat feeling now?

Been on to 2 IFA and have mortgage illustration from one the other due next week.

I've selected 5 properties for me and her onto a document.
So on schedule to send through next week.

Dr agreed to write a letter not sure what good it will do? Anyway picking it up this afternoon £12 charge.

It's a 3bed semi, it's OK got what I need has new combi boiler so all nice and warm and as I'm on my own I can keep it cool when I'm not there so the costs are less.

Got a letter from solicitor showing court hearing for Decree Nisi is 25 November, I don't have to attend but indication is it'll all go through OK and we should share the costs. She can then apply for absolute 6 weeks from then so early Jan maybe?

Sorry if I've spelt stuff wrong...
    Regards

    Thankyou for update, Jack.

Is your GP one with whom you feel real empathy? That's not quite coming through to me.

Remember to ensure a 'Jack Special Hour' - or two, doing something you like this w/e.

Jack if weekend plans are a bit thin on the ground or if you want to spend time with people who don't know/ask about the current situation it might be googling for meetup locally. It's not a dating thing it's activity based anything from walks to meals and lots in between . Might be quite therapeutic. Just a thought.

    Hello Jack,
Just that - and Bon Courage, mindful of you handing everything in tmrw to solicitor ahead of FDR, as per post 963.
Strong hopes that this w/e's Jack Special Hour has the restorative power to buoy you through the coming week.
    Thinking of you, &

Thanks yeah, sent in all remaining required documents including drs letter. Called my medical insurance about counseling but they say GP has re refer me to psychiatrist first. Tried to get Drs appointment but not available until next Friday afternoon. Going to a concert tomorrow night, bit strange as ex and daughter will be in the seats while I’ll be standing in the crush….

    - great place to cut loose, Jack. That way catharsis lies.
Have an excellent night out in a different Now.
Hope your Dr's appt comment means you DID make one with suitable, empathetic practitioner, rather than duck it because of delay.
