The Terms and Conditions that you need for evidence are those in place at the time you incurred your charges. It would be worth familiarising yourself with what's changed with respect to charges to get an understanding though.

    Hi
I understand what you are saying but it would be nearly impossible if not impossible to get the terms and conditions for all the past 6 years because you can probably say that they have changed a few things every year.

If i asked for copies of the T+C`s from the date of when i opened the account up till present day are the bank obliged to provide them to me
    regards steve

    Hi

Does any body have a copy of The Woolwich Terms & Conditions?

    Thanks
  • Is there anyone out there who could provide me with a copy of Yorkshire Banks terms and conditions for there current account.
Im still in the early stages (waiting for statements gone past 40 days) but reading how stubborn they are I want to be as well prepared as possible for any possible court case.
    Cheers

Write to your banks and ask for the terms and conditions, making it clear that you want old ones which were in place when the penalties were levied. That's what I've done. Three weeks has passed with no joy but at least I can tell the court that I've asked for the information and my request has not been honoured by the bank.

You have nothing to lose by asking for this information.
