MSE News: Quidco launches 'premium' and free cashback services

Found out today that money from ClickSnap & Mobile Check-ins now count towards the £5 a year fee...
Nice of Quidco to tell us0 -
Found this thread a bit late.
I've tried both quidco & TCB and found quidco better at sorting problems when purchases didn't track. TCB wouldn't help me when a £50 insurance cashback failed.
I was OK with paying the £5 to quidco for what I thought was better service.
They also do 'offers' for premium members. I got an extra £10 the other week for making 6 purchases in a set period. So I'm £5 up already0 -
I rarely use Quidco these days as I don't do that much shopping online, so I thought it might be best to change to Basic membership. Went to Settings page on my account and although it says the anniversary of my last payment is 25th February, it still let me change to Basic membership immediately.
I suppose I will get charged the £5 this year and not thereafter. Frankly, having just checked the EON bill and finding out that we are paying £1830 just to be able to turn on the computer, I'm not panicking too much.0 -
Am seriously unhappy with Quidco, I never heard of the premium service, I never received any email about it, but just doing some general Christmas browsing I saw Premium 10% bonus for 10 days advertised on the website, I thought it was a Christmas thing, so clicked on that, never at any point did it say I was signing up to anything, now I'm a premium member and can't downgrade till May before which I will be charged £5..
I've been a loyal member there referring tons of friends, earning up to £480 so it's a great service but I don't think they are doing that for free of course they get a slice too! now they want more, they can take running jump, I have emailed with a very strong complaint..and shall be looking at other cash back sites instead.0 -
