Leeds Online Bonus ISA

Well with all the problems mentioned it might not land for a while.
I wasn't aware of the 16 day rule though. Time to get the calculator out......0 -
The 16-days are enshrined in the industry guidelines they are all meant to adhere to. http://www.bba.org.uk/media/article/revised-version-of-the-cross-industry-cash-isa-to-cash-isa-transfer-guideli.
If they don't you can lodge a formal complaint, and if they still don't react accordingly, you can take them to the FOS.0 -
Still no action from either Leeds BS or Nationwide about the duplicate transfer of £100 ISA despite both promising to sort out weeks ago. Hoping something else comes up before October!!"Look after your pennies and your pounds will look after themselves"0

Has anyone received their online banking log on details yet?0

If nothing else, I will take both of them to the FOS if they don't sort themselves anytime very soon now.
Both Leeds (verbally) and Nationwide (in writing) have promised they will get it sorted but neither of them actually has done anything yet to prove they will. Little do they know, I have a memory like an elephant, proof of delivery of my complaints, notes of when exactly who of them told me what on the phone, and even a letter from Nationwide. I also have the time, and determination, to take them to the FOS, so if they want, it can get quite expensive and even more embarrassing for them.
Thinking about it, I am quite shocked that as yet I have not even received an apology from Leeds for sending an unauthorised ISA transfer request for £5,640 in my name to Nationwide. I might even have to write to their CEO about this before long.0 -
A moderate amount of compensation from Leeds has arrived today, attached to a lengthy letter stating and re-stating what I already knew, plus confirmation that the 2nd £100 are on their way back to Nationwide. Where they have yet to arrive, but can't be very long now.0

Glad you got it sorted.
Will you be winging that £100 back on 1 November?0 -
I can tell you on Nov 10
