Hi guys, never read the book so had no idea the original Jack was a 6ft hunk, film was alright but I'm a bit more of a Jason Statham girl than Tom cruise, now if Jason had been playing the part I'd have been a very happy girl

Oh me too... I've got Parker and Hummingbird waiting for a night when I can be bothered and Him is out of the way

I do tend to read the books and picture Jason Statham over Tom Cruise myselfIt’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Sorry I've not posted for a few days, it's been a bit crazy here getting back into the swing of things.
We had fantastic day out on Monday at Alt0n t0wers, did come in on budget and resisted having a take away when we got in, I just made a pile of sandwiches.
DD has started her new school and is loving it, although she has asked to take packed lunches as she said the canteen is just too mental, so thats going to save me a little bit as I had budgetted for her having a school lunch:D, I have put £5 on her card though for emergencies, would hate for her to forget her lunch one day and be stuck.
I managed to list a few items on ebay yesterday before it crashed, I was panicking for a short while thinking someone had hacked my account:eek:, luckily as things had just been listed that day I had nothing finishing but I do feel sorry for all those people that did and lost a lot of money, for such a huge business they are utterly carp.
Had to nip to work this morning for a brief meeting, nipped into Mr T on way home as they had a few bits on offer that I had vouchers for, spent £8.64 and used £2.70 in money off coupons so I'm going to send that money to tesc0 CC, along with some ebay money I have in paypal, so will make an overpayment of £6. Also nipped into homebargains and got a few lunch box bit and some toilet rolls spnt£9.83, really trying to stock up when ever I passing discount stores/pound shops as It really does make a difference to grocery budget, but I know it's going to be much harder to do once back at work.
Trying to get back on track with surveys as I struggled all last week with having lodger, did redeem a £5 amaz0n voucher yesterday and £3 from mysurv3y.
Hope everyones ok, take care. Pwps.x.0 -
Hi Penny
Back to it hey. I know where you're coming from and have made specific effort to be organised myself.
Hope you get into the swing of things easily and don't feel the strain too much.
Well done on overpayments and coupons

Hi debtfree, hope your ok and enjoying the peace now the kids are back to school.
Another item listed on ebay, well a bundle of DS outgrown clothes couldn't be bothered listing individually so just put the whole lot on, find bundles often sell well, DD has a few bits knocking around that are outgrown, might have a sort out and see about putting a bundle of her clothes on as well.0 -
Morning, quick update before I wake the kids and mayhem resumes.
Made a yummy casserole last night with sausage, bacon and all the past it bits of veggies in the fridge, we had it with mash and roasted peppers, very yummy, I also made a quiche for packed lunches today.
Sold an item last night night on ebay only £1.80, so I rounded it up to £2 and that has been paid off Tesc0 cc, must post item today, also monthly DD has gone out to Tesc0 CC so thats another £157, checked snowball and I'm now at 52 months until debt paid off which is 4 years and 4 months, I want it all paid by my 40th which is 3yrs and 7 months away, so thats my goal to get it paid off for my 40th so I need to knock at least 9 months off my snowball.
Hope everyone has a good day, take care.x.0 -

As always you amaze me - making a quiche on a whim for packed lunches
Do you make your own pastry? Our chickens have stopped laying already (they always stop over winter) so I have to BUY eggs???!!!
3y 7months is my DFD too, well it was (March 2018 originally as of last month lol) so we shall do this together.Debt - CCV £3792

Hi Debtfree, Yes I make my own pastry, chickens are still laying but 2 have gone broody so I have to keep chucking them out of the nesting boxing as they will sit there all day without eating or drinking.
Went to small town today as DH needed to go and get his hair cut, Spent £7.43 in the butchers on mince beef and shin of beef and another £48 in sainsbugs, going into big town on weds after school, will go to the cheapy shops for toiletries and lunch box bits.
Posted ebay item, when I paid ebay money to CC I had factored in £2.80 for the postage (it was a BIN item with free postage) anyway the postage was only 90p ish, so I'm going to send another £2 over to the CC, It's not much but hopefully it will start to add up.
Had a free coffee whilst in town, up here we have a supermarket/store called B00ths, anyway they have a loyalty card where you can get a free hot drink everyday in there cafe and it includes take out drinks, so went and got my free take out coffee, I very rarely actually shop in the store as it is really expensive, but the card is worth it for the free drink, so if you live in the north west and know the store I'm talking about go and get yourself a card.
Off to do the pony soon, field needs poo picking and Dh going to strim round the edges of paddock as there is quite a few nettles so DD and I will be clearing that up.
Making Lasagne and HM garlic bread for tea, also need to make some banana muffins as the bananas are looking past there best, might also chuck a pan of soup together if I get time.
Better go and get changed.x.0
