    Yeah goater, I was grabbed and spun round as a result and then held by my arm.

    I was more upset than furious at the time although I have calmed down now and I am now angry but with purpose!

    Am sorry that this happened to you.
    Also, I'm not usually so pc but wondered why it mattered that the race of the pharmacist was relevant when the other staff's wasn't?
    Not meant to be picky as you've obviously already had an awful day!!

    It could be a relevant comment due to this:
    The manager/pharmacist realised that I was not going to leave and made a phone calllink3.gif in another language which I assume related to the issue judging by her body language.

    The OP was pointing out that a phone call was made which related to the problem at hand, and due to the nationality of the manager and the language being used, they were not privy to what was being said.
