Thanks for your stories on the sex front!

I don't have any health fears, just generally want to know all is well before some jiggery pokery happens. I have had no morning sickness, but lots of nausea so not felt up to doing it. Hubby is fine about it.

Mind you, off to Italy on Sunday for 12 nights so we are just going to have to it cos it is a romantic country!

For the fella's who feel uncomfortable about it... DH spent a while on tinternet researching it for himself... He feels very comfortable with the idea.... Just my dry heaving that puts him off I think :o
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

I wish it was 'health concerns' my DH has.....at first DH was worried about bump 'feeling' him during you-know-what. After I had told him to stop being so ridiculous and that there's no way he's that well endowed he relaxed! :rotfl:

However now my bump is visible he feels that there's a third person around:eek: and feels weird about it. Oh well......there are still a few things that persuade him ;)

We didnt have sex very often during my pregnancy-first of all i felt so tired/drained/sicky, then i felt a bit better but he was worried (sounds daft but he was worried about hurting baby lol) and towards the end when my bump got bigger i just simply couldnt get into a comfy position at all and the little one kept kicking me which put me off big time!

So now, im waiting to heal etc before i can get any! the problem now will be getting a chance to do 'it' because of Elliot wanting feeding/changing etc!!

Make the most of it now if you can!!

I can't wait until after my 20wk scan, I will feel a lot more relaxed then. I have been having more brown blood, although I am not overly concerned as baby is as active as ever, it is a bit of a nuisance because it plays on my mind and I can't really relax.

I have spoken to the midwives but they don't seem to take a lot of interest in my area, they are nice enough but seem to constantly brush aside any worries!!

On the plus side I now have this week off, so will get cracking on my uni course I am trying to get myself at least 1-2mths ahead so I can have some time off when the baby comes.

Mel, I'm not trying to worry you but have you been tested as rhesus negative? Please check this out, the brown blood can be a symptom that you need an anti-D injection, it should tell you your blood type on your notes.

Bit of a personal question - those who are under 12 weeks (or those that have been under 12 weeks) - are you having sex with your partner?
Nope, but I am having sex with the neighbour, the windowcleaner and sometimes the postman ;)

Glad I am not the only one being active ;) I don't know how you are all coping with abstaining, I certainly couldn't :o

Fairly easily - when you go from one nausea bout to another it's pretty simple... and apparently OH doesn't find it a turn on when I say "OK then but don't sh@g me too much or I'll throw up!" :D go figure...

Similarly, the "I really want to boff you but I'm so constipated I can't accommodate you" line isn't as attractive as I imagined it to be ;)
