I had my ten week booking in appointment last week at hospital, the usual, dating scan, blood, wee etc.

On saturday i received a letter from the hospital telling me that my urine sample contained an infection, and my doctor has been informed. I'm to call at my doctors to collect a prescription.

After worrying for the weekend, and being told by everyone, not to worry its just a water infection, I've just phoned the doctors to see if my prescription is ready to pick up. The receptionist said my doctor wants to discuss it with me and to come in for an appointment tomorrow.

Anyone had anything similar and should i be worried?

Congratulations Mrs. Pepperpot! Sorry to hear your hospital was shocking. What made it so bad? Glad everything is okay now.

I had my 4D on Friday and it was wonderful!! I now know what I am having, but we haven't told anyone yet. Not even my parents who are trying to wheedle it out of me! Baby was very cooperative and we go some lovely pictures. Was opening and closing its mouth, blowing bubbles, waving etc.

So I could start buying coloured clothes now, but will hold off a little longer me thinks.

Another update is that we actually got around to buying our travel system. We decided on a Quinny Buzz. It seemed perfect for what we need it for and all the bits click onto the frame. We got it on sale in a shop near us. Since buying it, I have looked at reviews and there seems to be a mixed bag of reviews. Guess I'll just have to see how I get on. We've wheeled it around on the field outside our house and practised putting the bits on it and it seems all good so far. Only time will tell. It was quite expensive, but is the only thing that we are planning on buying from new, so don't feel quite so bad about it.
