hi all, i've got a really painful lower back, haven' t slept properly for a couple of days now. Does anyone have suggestions, just came back form long walk, was ok then as soon as i sat down it started hurting again

Well, ladies I finally had my baby at 41 +1 weeks so little Rosie shares a birthday with her big brother who is three today !! She was 9lb 7oz - chunky monkey !!
