Probably not much help as everyone's different , but my daughter is 38 + 6 and the midwife told her last week the baby is 3/5 engaged , but her bump doesn't look any lower and she says she doesn't feel any different

Hi, I've been 3/5ths engaged since 32 weeks and yes, since this is my 4th and the others were nowhere near this until around week 38 I was a bit shocked.But i'm now nearly 37 weeks and still at work and intend to be until a day before my so-called due date-always a week+ late! I would'nt assume things will happen before you know it.Take care!

hi i am glad someone else is working up to due date, i am planning on working till 38 weeks and i was getting worried i was the only one. i am only 23 weeks now so fingers crossed.

regarding the poo incidents i need but i didnt find out till years later, when oh told me, that was 13 years ago.

HI keelykat, thanks for asking. ben is snuffly at the mo and not sleeping too good, tried him on a bottle of formula last night for last feed to see if he slept better - didn't do much good last night but i think that was because of his cold. he is lovely though, getting used to a newborn again i very strange.

hope you are feeling well and that your blood test results come back ok. you are at a lovely stage of pregnancy - for all the moaning and worrying i did i am missing being pregnant and i think that is because i will never have any more kids. got to start thinking about contraception (although not necessary at the mo!) don't want to be sterilised so not sure which way to go. take care - i keep logging on to see how you are all doing

Hy everyone, just catchin up on the thread after spending the last few days shopping till i dropped, got everything ready now, even hospital bag packed apart from a pair of pjs - keep unpackin it tho and repacking it! Everythings ready for CJ aswell(Cayden-Jay is name im goin with CJ for short)

Anybody else run out of room? Think I'll be starting on curries tonight (all be it very small portions!). I've started mad high energy food cravings as well - condensed milk and lucozade being top of the list.

Me! Me! Still got 2 weeks to go "officially" though, and I'm not a curry (or anything spicy) fan, so I think I'll be going for long waddles with the puppy.

Midwife says sprog is 3/5 of the way down now, but I'm betting I'll go overdue.

I've run out of room but still able to stuff my face! Although had chips last night and left half of them - previously unheard of.

Went to day assessment yesterday because of high BP and protein in urine again. They gave me a plastic gallon container and told me to collect my wee for 24 hours. I have to get the bus tio the hospital with a gallon of wee sloshing around in my bag! Dignified innit, this whole pregnancy biz.

Got 9 days till DD now, really hope it's early. Bump is getting hard quite a lot, mostly in the evenings. I assume these tightenings are braxtons?
