Me too! A nice seahorse rattle which i was especially pleased with as I have a bit of a thing about seahorses. :j

I was extremely naughty the other day and have gone against all my moneysaving instincts to buy the pushchair i really really want, on buy now panic later terms. I would have bought secondhand but just don't have the available cash to buy cheaper. :mad:

My Quinny Buzz will arrive next friday and fill me with guilty pleasure!

Me too! Not sure why i got it but it's a good freebie.

Hope everyone is doing OK today. Feeling knackered after a shopping trip, all those little things i bought weighed a ton and i struggled home with several large bags.

Hiya, sorry for the late reply - have been away for the weekend. I've had a look at my bbt monitor and it's been switched off for so long it's wiped the memory (had the recordable one from Boots) but from my diary, there was a dip just before ovulation, then it rose two days after (this shows you have ovulated) and then it rises until you are due your period. It then drops if you come on (I found a bit lower the day before, bigger drop the day I came on) or stays high if you don't. With some women (me included) it rises to a third higher level after conception (week leading up to period), so I could actually tell the two times I did conceive, over the ones where I didn't. So in my case a temp drop the day before I was due on meant no luck that month, and it helped cushion the disappointment if you know what I mean, as you had a bit of time to get used to it. If you go to www.babycentre.co.uk and type in basal body temperature then you will find the info there. I hope this makes sense! Good luck!

Not the best pictures in the world but they give you some clue what he looks like. Believe it or not, the nappy is an early baby nappy for babies up to 6lb and it's still too big!!

Aw... He is gorgeous and how tiny he looks... only 7 weeks to go now I cant wait, spent and hour at the labour ward last night as I was concerned that baby wasnt moving as much, felt a bit a fraud when they hooked me up to the monitor and suddenly she was awake and moving for the whole time... they were lovely at the hospital and didnt make me feel like a paranoid mother to be!!!:p
