we realised that we dont have as many cellular blankets as we thought (think the washing machine ate them!)
anyway, the cot size ones are bloody expensive from places like mothercare and toys r us... anyone get them some place cheaper? (except ebay... just been on there )

ive forgotten most stuff about doing babies bedding... is using a fleece blanket the same as 2 folds of a cellular?

Erm, sorry, blankets...I have just been folding cellular and fleece ones twice. I'm hoping this is OK as Poppy is 4 weeks old now :rotfl:. We also have a Grobag Egg thermometer thingy which has been a godsend x

It is quiet here today!!!! Are we all waiting for news from CG? Or are all the ladies due and over giving births today? That would be a big birthday party if you wold get all babies together!!!!

I am still down on TTC list. Nothing is happening here. Starting charting my BBT, but it is day 15 today (28 day cycle) and there is no increase yet (except for the one few days ago when i had no sleep at all and it went down next day). Well, it still can happen!!!!!!

PANIC PANIC PANIC ARRGGHGHH

Just been for my 31 week check up. I am measureing at 35 weeks and they are sending me up for a scan next tuesday. I am terrified now and want to cry. She says he is a big baby and she can feel that but she isnt sure if i am carrying extra fluid or not. Glucose normal 2 weeks ago everything normal today. Can this harm the baby? I am so scared I darn't search the net.

Also referred me to physio as urgent case to help with the pelvic pain which is good. I had got my parentcraft class booked in for 18th december but she now says it could be all over by then and has made them fit me into the november one. Am i likely to delivery early?? I dont know what this all means I am scared. Only thing keeping me from crying is the thought of seeing his lovely face on the scan next week.

I wouldn't panic too much until after your scan. someone else was measuring weeks and weeks ahead (maybe Curious George, though don't quote me on that!!) and when she went back measurements were ok.

Best wishes for tomorrow CG -possibly a bit late for you now but after my 2 sections I wore those beautiful mesh pants avaiable in the NCT catalogue for weeks afterwards. While looking hideous (but lets be honest, my pulling days were already long gone :rotfl: ) they were soooo comfortable on a very uncomfortable area!

Shelvis - easier said than done, but try not to worry! At every appointment for both of my babies I was told I was either measuring ahead of or behind my date! Several midwives told me "Oh thats a BIG baby in there - you'll have fun pushing that one out!". Just what you want to hear when labour is approaching...:mad:

Good luck to everyone else - I'm off to throw up now.... "Morning" sickness my a**e! Progesterone poisoning is a better name for it!
