Just a quick question as search engines scare me with all the things they bring up :eek:

Im 27+4 and the last week or two have had about eight people comment on how low i am, also some comments about how big i am and that its all baby*.

What do they mean? and should i be worried? as all the babies in my family seem to come early around the 7/8 month mark and although i dont think having a premature baby runs in familys, another has just been born 4 weeks early.

Im sure my baby is lying sideways accross my tummy with her legs and bum at my right side so am a little confused as to why i look odd to people lol

ella i'd ignore others when they say things about ur bump.
i get the same and i just retort with " i'm preggers, do u expect me 2 b slim?"

My bump is fairly low with this one. With my first two they were right up under my ribs; with this one i can put both hands between my boobs and bump. One bonus is it's much more comfortable and I can breathe easily! I had a 4D scan 2 weeks ago and baby was lying sideways across my stomach with his legs directly over his head - obviously a gymnast!

Everyone has a comment about your bump i have found. I am getting to the stage now where I jsut want to tell them to GET BENT. The only welcome comments are the ones who say I am blooming. Even though it's a blatent lie I am still glad to hear it!

EDIT: And stop touching my fugging bump if I don't know you, weirdo! I am really hating random people asking me when I'm due and telling me I look small for being 8 months pregnant.

I should of known our bumps would look the same and our babies be lying the same way :rotfl:

How was the scan? im hoping to re arrange for next tuesday or wednesday but its really difficult at the moment for OH to get away from work anytime before 6pm

Im not a crazy stalker but i have figured that we probably only live a couple of miles away from each other

Yeah im getting a little tired of the comments and random strangers stroking me like im a flipping puppy! One mad woman poked me while saying 'this will make it move' :eek:

I do, however, have a few old ladies knitting away for the baby and i dont even know them lol

I wouldnt take any notice of anyone with a "helpful" comment about your bump (the word 'helpful' was said through gritted teeth there if you couldnt tell )

I went out one day a few months ago and within about 2 hours got told that i was carrying high, and low, and all round, that i was too big to have so long to go and also that i was hardly showing
people are idiots... seriously.

im barely leaving the house at the moment because it seems like the second i step out of my front door someone will ask "'avent you 'ad that yet?" and i want to throw bricks at them,
ive got my ex and my OH doing all the school runs because i cant bear to stand in that playground and get asked over and over by people who should know better why i havent "dropped it yet" (charming turn of phrase)

im SO anti social at the moment!

CG - I thought I made it quite clear in the playground, before halfterm, that I was sick of being asked when I was having baby. Admittedly I have always been vague with regards to my due date - its now 'probably the next two weeks', but the message has sunk in. I have done the school 3 days this week, and none of the 'regulars' have made any comments. Somehow, I don't mind the parents that I don't see often asking. This will probably change tomorrow, but at least I have had 3 days of peace.

I do know that there has been a constant ringing in my ears .... wonder why ?

OH said i should have had a t shirt done a few weeks back that just says
NO... I HAVENT HAD IT YET printed all over it

do these people think ive left the baby home alone and come to do the school run with a cushion up my jumper??
if i had the baby i wouldnt have this frankly maHOOsive bump... i would have a frickin pram!!!!!
