Congratulations to you all on your new arrivals.
Sarah: Oliver has the same outfit as one my little Charlie has, even down to the scratch mittens, definatley made me look twice!!
I tore during labour (thankfully only a bit, I think!!) and needed a stitch, but how long does it take to heal? I'm still a bit sore and I'm sure my stitch was bleeding last night! My lochia (sp?) is lighter now and the blood was bright red.:heart2: Charlie born Aug 2007 :heart2: Reece born May 2009

Wow, I miss a day and everything happens. Congratulations Sarah and Emma. Love the photos and they both have lovely names.
Cngrats to the new people (but i am a bit miffed that you have sneaked in the list the week before me!!)
Had my 20 week scan yesterday. Came away feeling a bit deflated as everything seemed a bit vague. Was anyone else's sonographer like that? Apparently everything is "probably" ok but no guarantees. And baby is likely to possibly be a boy but again no guarantees. feel a bit cheated as everyone else seems able to say it's a boy, or it's a girl but I can only say it's possibly a boy (and everyone thinks, yeah, we know that much!)
Plus today every time after sitting I have had a really bad painshooting up my pelvic bone. It seems worse when on one leg, which sounds mad but it doesn't hurt when stepping on one foot but I could cry when my weight transfers to the other side.
Sorry for whinging!0 -

If it makes you feel any better, I only know because we paid for a scan (and ended up going twice to make sure as the first time wasnt that clear)0 -
Congratulations Emma and Sarah (Sarah, that second photo of Oliver is possibly the cutest thing I have ever seen
)!
Chocaholic, that sounds like SPD or maybe your SI joint - have a chat to your midwife about it as there are exercises you can do and ways to stop it getting worse. And yes, one of my scans was rubbish, the sonographer was a complete cow and tried to blame me for her not being able to get a good look at the baby! :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
