Were the maternity bra's just in store or on line as well ?

Went to first antenatal class last night. OH was dreading it and nearly fell about laughing when starting doing relaxation techniques on the floor!!

33 weeks today and just started taking iron tablets.

I am not near any tea, but I do have a baguette that would go soooooo well with pate!! Ooh, the torture!

Sarah, the baby can move all it wants (gently) as long as it doesn't settle in the back to back position. I couldn't cope with that. Maybe I should poke him back where he started and has been for the past few weeks :p

  • Morning Ladies!

I have yet to have a BH! Am I missing out? :o

I'm 37 weeks today and baby can arrive any time now and not be prem - yay! :j

, hope all is going well with your son! I think I will find it hard to keep away from this thread too as I will want to keep track on all the EDD'ers and see how the TTC's are doing. I'm hoping Welshlassie logs on soon to let us know she is OK.

Jo_b, a mum in one of my preg mags said that the over the chair baby seat thingy we got free the other month is the one thing she couldn't do without so thanks again for the tip! :D

    Hope everyone is well today.

    xx
  • Emma-b I don't think the green tea would do anything lol, it just shows how much he listens to me!! And as for taking advice from him, if he doesn't know the difference between my uterus and my cervix by now theres something wrong!

In saying that, when we were first married he kept making gestures for me to pull up my top, I didn't catch on with what he was saying and then he shouted across the room (much to everyone's delight) "pull yer top up I can see your clitoris!":rotfl: :rotfl:
They took my signature away!!!!
  • Hi Septemberbaby, I know what you mean, as soon as I got to 37 weeks it was like a relief, but then it has dragged and dragged since then  .

6 days to go and it feels like an eternity.

Blimey! You poor thing, I trust you gave him a major verbal bashing in return :D

from 37 weeks everyone said to me it could be any day now, the last two and half weeks have been the longest ever! come on baby! i want you out! ;)
  • Sarah, Emma, Rachel - I can't believe you're all still here - maybe we should get a little bet going.

Well I am 35 weeks today, with 10 days until we move, and I am exhausted. Baby, who has previously been quiet and not that active, does not know how to stay in one place for more than a minute, and I must've turned over in bed a thousand times last night, waking up each time as it's such a struggle  I'm just so so tired and no one really understands that.

Today I am washing all the baby clothes, and trying to get all the baby related paraphernalia in one place so I don't have to worry on moving day/when we're just in.

To add to my already high stress levels, current LL is considering selling up so the house is being valued tomorrow - hope they don't expect it to be tidy  AND apparently my health visitor wants to come and see me tomorrow - what for? Isn't it a bit early?

Oh and I still haven't sorted out a birth pool. Or a cot. Or a car seat. _pale_
  • Hi All,

Been to the midwife today - she finally agrees that the morning sickness has got beyond a joke and suggests that I see the doctor to get some tablets - YIPPEE!!
I'm 25 weeks and the sickness has been horrid. I'm seeing him after work tonight so hopefully I may finally be rid of this curse.
Also is it the doctor who issues the MAT B1 cert???
    Proud to save:T
