    congratulations to welshlassie and 123!
Dormouse and Claire Jones you must be so excited/nervous. I cant imagine being near EDD although i feel like i have been pg forever.

Some women at work were talking about someone being blooming and pregnancy really suiting her. I got all happy and proud til i realised they weren't talking about me

Oh well, someone has to be sweaty, flatulent and moany to make the others look good.
:j Baby bonce was born on Christmas morning after a ridiculously short labour and no pain relief! If only losing the baby weight was as easy!:T

Well, I've definitely been pregnant forever :rotfl: And excited, yes. :j It's weird actually, being excited about pains and twinges, and being disappointed when they go away - mad! :rotfl:

well, good news, this being our only chance to ttc as hubby is in the military, and will be away the next 7 months we hit the jackpot, he left last night, well i could not wait and decided to do the digital pregnancy test i had left, as soon as i did Chris called , and my result came through. sorry the pic is not clear. I told him there and then , he is so excited. I don't plan on telling anyone for a while (except you all of course, as we have miscarried before). So pray that this little bean stays around.

  • :j Congratulations Welshlassie & 123 - have been checking in regularly for news so pleased to hear it. Think I'd rather have the shorter labour....

LilMrsMullan- love the picture! :rotfl: I think you are so brave going through pregnancy while your husband is away for so long. I hope you have lots of support nearby - although this thread is wonderful for support!

3KidsNoMoney - I found driving ok once I'd passed through the "morning" sickness phase - I lost count of how many times I threw up over myself in my car (never had any warning - dont you just love those hormones) & I can remember having to pull over quickly, open the drivers side door & throw up several times! Luckily I had a left hand drive car at the time so it was usually easy, although I did get questioned by the police one morning after I threw up in the hard shoulder of the M40 on my way to work, as they thought I'd been drinking!

To all those on the TTC list - I used the cheap ovulation predictor tests that Wilkinsons sell (around £4 so much cheaper than eveywhere else) & can report that they do work! I got my 2 lines when I expected to this week, so now we'll just wait & see. Poor Mr JKS is looking rather tired & emotional!
& as for some happy ending I'd rather stay single & thin :D

hi all ive been following this thread as i found out 2 weeks ago i was pregnant brought more than duty free back from my hols

im now 8 weeks gone and started bleeding yesterday and got some mild pain in my stomach.. i went to the doctors today and she booked me in for a scan,on thursday.. I did bleed with my daughter slightly but not like this but this isnt as heavy as my periods normally are.

Im fearing the worst and hoping for the best as after the initial shock of finding our im pregnant actually got round to the idea of liking the idea of having another..

Oh is worried as it will be his first and as we hadnt planned a family together he will be distraut if its the worst..

so fingers crossed for good news but at the moment its not looking good..

    Rose
