Haven't done that in months! Eight blissfull hours... (I did have a dream where I was in the toilets and wanted to use one, but there was some sort of flood and they were all icky - just as well - might have wet the bed otherwise :o  )

Now I'm off to ruin my mood by spending the day with mother...

    That's excellent news, Slapps :)

I'm feeling absolutely rubbish today. :( Had a crappy sleep, DS was up at 7 in a super whingy mood (he had some jabs on Wednesday, I bet that's why he's miserable). All I want now is go back to bed - am counting down the hours until DH gets back. :o

Saw my MW today. Good news is that my bloods came back normal so no horrid iron tablets for me :D. Bad news is that my sample contained protein and has been sent away for analysis :embarasse. Hope its nothing bad...

Hi, I had this today too. Did the mw say much to you? Tbh I forgot to ask her about it. Saw her write it in my notes but was so relieved bp had gone down a bit from Weds I was just happy. Back in weds so will ask her then I guess. Looked here http://www.babycentre.co.uk/pregnancy/complications/proteinurine/ and seems to suggest they see what happens over two samples.

    Aww, lovely news, Slapps! :j

We opted not to take the test (even though I'm 33!) as DH was so against having an [SIZE=-1]amniocentesis, if required, after reading the statistics .

She mentioned 'there was quite a bit'! She asked if I'd been having pains as it could be the start of an infection but I've been feeling fine and had a UTI a few months back and certainly knew about pain then! She even tested with two dipsticksto make sure! They will only let me know if there is a problem and then maybe more antibiotics

Hope you are feeling OK and thanks for the link x

Thanks, Dormouse and Caleo! I hate it when there is something else to worry about...I have another appointment on the 20th so hopefully my sample will be on top form by then :rotfl:x

    You're making that sound as if you're ancient. :naughty: 30s are the new 20s, don't you know? :D (That's what I keep telling myself anyway - I'm 31 ;))

I'm officially fed up being pregnant. I look (and feel) like the elephant woman - my feet have never been this huge! I've been crying for absolutely no reason all day today (thus freaking DS and DH out - try to explain to men that it really is just the hormones and really really nothing else, certainly nothing they've done! :o )

The baby feels like he's had a growth spurt - his feet are constantly 'tickling' my ribs, and there really isn't any more room for him to grow!!!
