Hiya
Which have just reviewed car seats and pushchairs - They have a free 30 day trial so you can have a nosey for free.
The Maxi Cosi comes out as the safest car seat and it fits on the bugaboo!

No worries - I think its a good little review of baby stuff. They have reviewed lots of baby stuff and the reports for the car seats and pushchairs are very recent.

if you dont want to buy maternity stuff just yet, have you thought of getting belly bands?

they can get a little warm (as they are an extra layer) but you can wear one with your pre preggo jeans and trousers undone and nobody will ever know!
i mostly wear them because i hate not having a smooth line (cant stand seeing zip bumps and buttony bits poking through from under my tops)
they are pretty good really...
and if your fave top is getting a bit too short, then you wear one of these and it doesnt matter! you wont be hanging out the bottom of it (cos we all know how attractive that is...)0 -
Fac, get off the forum and get nesting!
I'm a bit suspicious that that will involve cleaning of some kind... maybe later?
I have a thing for Cadbury's Fruit and Nut or Caramel. 250 gram bars, in the fridge, so whenever you walk past you can just have a little bit and it doesn't even countmmm-mm!

I fluctuate between sour/fizzy sweets one day and Fruit & Nut the next.
Also, naughty DH bought a jar of Nutella the other day, and it always calls me in the evenings when I'm vegetating in front of the telly.
I'm also impartial to a can of Coke or Pepsi, which I normally try to avoid. I keep telling myself this is my body's way of storing energy for the labour and breastfeeding... :rotfl:0 -
Mmm, Haribo Tang-fastic do go rather well with diet coke... I was trying to wean myself off of these but there must be something in them that our bodies are after? Also the cherry ones count towards your five a day0

Fac, Haribo are evil!!! Especially Tangfastics! I cut my tongue to death on them after naughty Dormouse mentioned the 'H' word the other day :rotfl:Did someone mention Cadbury's Caramel?! I have one in the fridge right now calling my name - does chocolate count as calcium intake?!
And, ladies, I have NO stretchmarks whatsoever!(...but I still have 7 weeks to go ).
Saw my MW today. Good news is that my bloods came back normal so no horrid iron tablets for me. Bad news is that my sample contained protein and has been sent away for analysis :embarasse. Hope its nothing bad...

I'm sure it's nothing, SB, don't worry about it. Your wee is bound to have something in it at least once in your pregnancy, and 99.9% of the time it's nothing serious.
(When I had my short hospital stay a few weeks ago, they found something in my sample, but nobody even mentioned anything to me - I had to read it in my notes! So it obviously wasn't anything too bad)

I wouldn't worry. mine was being sent off weekly at one stage, and throughout the whole pregnancy, I only had ONE infection that needed antibiotics!!
