hi
thanks for the support, i am at work soon so i am sorting out token payments and letters tommorrow.
I work 1-6 on saturday hopefully i will not receive any more calls at work, i said to my husband they wont be getting any money if i lose my job, i really hope the other creditors contact me at home instead. I have worked at my company for 6 years now and never do i take my home life to work. (i always leave my baggage at the door so to speak and pick it up on the way out)!!!
I cant believe how much lloyds ring you when your payment is only a few days late. The call centre is in india i think however the advisor just took the details and as soon as mentioned cccs they knew exactly what we meant.
anyway i feel a bit more positive now letter has arrived from cccs today and ball is rolling so to speak.
bye for now0 -
bowz Glad you're feeling better!!

Hi.
GO teecee :T :T :T .
Well done and about time. You are now one of the Forum wise ones

bowz25.
Hang on in there. As teeceee says it does get better. I remember when i first started it seemed daunting and hard work but there are results to be had and you will, like me, think why on earth did i not start this sooner.
When i sent my letters to the creditors i said that could all contact please be in writing and i must admit they have done so. I have caller ID on my home phone and if i did not recognise the number i let the answer machine get it. Also state on no circumstances are they to contact you at work.
Bit nasty phoning you at work though i must admit.
Good luck

Hello folks!
I started posting on the other thread before it was closed to start this one! Could i be a member please?!
I had may initial payplan phone call on Monday and my case officer shall be calling me next week!
What i wanted to ask is how much should i send to my creditors as token payments? How should i phrase my letters etc? Do i quote my payplan reference number or should i let payplan do that themselves?
Oh so confused!!In debt no more!0 -
hi all,
just checked the member list and couldnt find raydays no on it.been with us for ages or so it seems(or am i getting old cos time flys so quick these days.lol)!
all is ok here.went to bed at 8.30 last night and didnt surface till 8.30 today.mega migraine!!was tempted to bash my head against the nearest wall but thought better of it!dont get them very often but when i do ,i just have to go to sleep in a darkened room and hope for the best.
DS has had an awful virus for the last few days so have been confided to the house.DH has just got over a virus, prob same one he passed to DS so may have got the bug myself but have to soldier on.its funny how husbands and sons are never hypocondriacs but women always are!!!
no post today so all is quiet.we have spent over £300 on the car in the last week, which has put a bit of a downer on things but had to be done so thats life and roll on payday!!also spent £114 at asda.was so shocked i didnt know what to say and nearly had a panic attack,as you do!!!when i added it up at home ,the bill was right, which made it a whole lot worse so am on an emergency economy drive.no wonder our great dane keeps giving me funny looks when i say im fattening him up just in case!
all that shopping money and still dont seem to have anything in to eat.mind you,i had a spring clean in the larder on tuesday and threw loads out that was out of date.i told DS and OH that they have opened cans from the war and they were still edible ....but it cut no ice so the dustbin full... straight after the bin men had emptyed it.
oh well, catch you all ron.hope you are all doing better than me this week.regards,xxPeople bring great joy into our lives..some by arriving, others by leaving.im trying to be one of the former, so please bear with
