Yeah I know how you feel, everyone is on here because of being in the same boat! Someone did offer to give me their overtime money but to be honest I'd feel guilty taking it
Payday should be early (as usually paid on 25th) but don't really want to badger people by asking how earlyworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
I would say at the latest you would get it Christmas Eve but I know hubbies company and a few others I have worked at pay out a week early 22 instead of 28 so fingers crossed for you!
And its not badgering askign about how early its curiosity!0 -
Evening all,
Hope all is well.
I telephoned my caseworker today and all but 2 of my creditors have accepted my debt management plan!! Woo hoo!! The only two that they haven't heard anything from yet is HSBC and American Express but she said not to worry. HSBC have only just issued a default so likely to hear from them soon and Amex have just passed it to their internal collections so a letter has only just been sent. Fingers crossed they will both be on board soon.
Just opened my Lloyds credit card statement and it shows minimum payment due of that I have offered and estimated interest 0.00 - I am keeping my fingers crossed!

I can't go to CCCS or Payplan because father's Self Employed. Oh dear, I'm just going to have to beg them to accept less aren't I?No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Managing your own DMP is really easy, do you use the national debthelpline budget and sheets, I think the professional look of the budget sheet itself does help.
Good luck!0 -

Hi Newlywed,
Glad to see the payslip and pay has come :-)
I sometimes think it that this time of year makes me think more about money more than ever. It can be so depressing sometimes when you see people out and about throwing money at this and that but then I guess everyone is different. If anything it just makes me more determined to sort this once and for all!!
I am having one of those month where by not enough money and living off what I can find in the cupboards and only spending on milk etc. Think I have baked beans everyday....yum!0 -
Yeah it's self managed, well managed my me for my father. He's screwed up the payments for this year and now year two is getting muddled. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

At work at the moment and finish at 06:30
Take care all
